NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

When you enter an ADC House of Revival or Carlos Santana Ministries event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recordings can be taken.

Upon entering the event premises, you agree to any photography, audio recording, video recording, interview(s) and/or personal, couples, friends, family, group or corporate prophetic ministry and/or instruction given, your release, publication, display, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, television broadcasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by ADC House of Revival and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photographs and/or videos may be used to promote similar ADC House of Revival events in the future, highlight the event and showcase ADC House of Revival's capabilities. You release ADC House of Revival, its officers and employees, and any and all persons involved from any liability related to the taking, recording, digitizing or publishing and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, videos and/or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claim for payment of royalties in connection with any use, interview(s), display, broadcast, webcast, television broadcast, or other publication of these materials, regardless of purpose. or sponsorship of such use, display, transmission, webcast, or other publication, regardless of whether an admission or sponsorship fee is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by ADC House of Revival or the person or entity designated to do so by ADC House of Revival.
